It’s not just about compliance—it’s about building a culture that nurtures and grows the athletes, coaches, and campus communities. Our consultants are deeply integrated into the ecosystem of college athletics and understand the requirements, the human side, and how to integrate the two successfully. The team is led by Joel Nielsen, a former NCAA Division I, II, and III athletic director, and Kasey Nielsen, a practicing attorney and former NCAA Division I athlete with compliance experience at two universities and an athletic conference.
